We got our internet connected.  Here are the stats:

We have been assigned to 2 wards and help our several sets of Elders. French speaking, ASL, etc.
We are helping with a family from Nepal, a man from Iraq, girls from Cameroon, Liberia and Ivory Coast.  WE have been assign to a French-speaking West African Branch and I do all the Primary.  The first day we had a baptism and they had a dinner afterwards and we had fish heads and sudsa.  (Well as in the story of Johan, with the Lord you can run but you cannot hide).  The Mission President and his wife took us to dinner and they are such lovely people.  President and Vicky Matsumori (she is so pretty).  We have taken several investigators to the temple visitor's center and set thru several films in French.  Our Elders are from Paris, French Polynesia (Bora Bora), Sudan, Taiwan, Japan, etc. We are definitely having trouble finding our way in the huge city. Cody talked us into getting a GPS and we use it as our Liahona.  We are on the 5th floor of an apt building and the trees out our patio window  go even further up. It's like living in the tree tops.  The senior couples go on a site seeing trip every month so we are excited that in Feb we will go to Gettiesburg PA.

  1. You forgot to mention that the primary is about ten kids and you are not expected to teach them the gospel in French. Tanner says that the eyes of the fish heads should be refferred to as "smarties." How cold is it? Not even Jonah can run from the weather. Please also include things Dad would mention like what greenbelt national park is like fun things that embarass Mom.

Are you sure the address is 6011? Dad gave me a different one: 60710...
